4. 72SOLD Program Disclosure

PDI Realty is an accredited affiliate of the 72SOLD Home Selling System. Performance results referenced (including any percentage improvements over MLS averages) are based on independent studies cited by 72SOLD. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Business Brokerage Disclosure

Information shared in connection with our Business Brokerage division is provided in confidence and may be subject to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Valuations, market opinions, and transaction outcomes are estimates based on available data and are not a guarantee of future results.
